The Centre of Excellence in Low Temperature Quantum Phenomena and Devices, Aalto University, the Turku Center of Quantum Technology, Turun Yliopisto and the Centre of Excellence in Analysis and Dynamics Research, University of Helsinki organise the second arctic school on open quantum systems.
The school will cover actual scientific aspects of open quantum physics both in experiment and theory. Participants are encouraged to present a poster.
The school will take place in September 10.-15., 2017 at the Kevo subarctic research station in the Kevo Strict Nature Reserve in the very north of Finland (69°45’ N, 27°01’ E). The station accommodates for all basic needs (including WiFi) and is surrounded by most stunning landscape.
